if you are already 16-17% and don't wish to gain fat then I would consider seperating carbs from fats. Make up your meals based on either protien/fat or protien/carb. If you mix them you spike insulin levels which makes you more likely to strore fat. I only consume carbs for breakfast (to stop catabolism) then pre and post workout. The other meals are al pro/fat.

I'd like to see the scientific basis of that! The point is not to spike tham AT ALL when sonsuming fat.
If you feel that you have read studies that prove otherwise and they make sense to you then go for it.

looks better apart from the whole eggs with oats, I'd just use the whites for that meal.
You need to work out your macros for each meal fir it to be critiqued properly. Many on here will not comment until you do that.

If you are running this diet for a 12 week cycle you may want to up your calorie intake if you are to hit your goal.

Using the BMR calc., to stand still you need approx. 3500 calories if you are moderatly active. If you want to gain 2 lb per week you will need about 1000 more on top of that.

However, BMR is only a theoretical guide and I'm still in the process of testing it.

Maybe you could eat every 2 hrs and get a couple of extra meals in. This would also enable you to lower the protein intake for the meals that have 60g's in as you could spread it over the other meals.

    Just thoughts, not the gospel.
I've only been dieting for a year so there may be better advice out there.
