    Talking Cheat Meal

    Just had a cheat meal.
    Crepe with chocolate, cookies and vanilla icecream.
    Shit that's a lot of crap...i am a fat bastard i know

    1 snickers

    I have a box of cinnamon toast crunch in my cabinet right now...cant touch it though!!!! not yet atleast. instead right now I am eating a can of tuna and cream of wheat! mmmmmmmmmm!!!!

    1 box of Little Debbie Swiss Cake Rolls: 1750kcals
    5 cups of Dreyers Nestle Butterfinger Icecream: 2000kcals
    4 packs of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups: 900kcals
    1 box of Quaker's PB chocolate chunk granola bars: 1200kcals
    2 packs twix bars: 550kcals
    10 Oreos: 500kcals
    2 snickers: 550kcals

    All consumed within 2 hours.

    That's freakin impressive.....if it's any conselation that same day I killed an entire box of Mrs. Fields cookies and washed it down with a Friendly's 5 scoop sundae with banas, peanut butter, caramel and hot fudge. That was a good 5 hours after that first meal.

    Actually, it wasn't all that bad. That was only breakfast anyway. I ate junk like that all day long. It was my last cheat 12+ weeks ago. I'm 11 days out at the moment. But once this comp is over, I'm setting a new record. I'll be 10%bf again in a matter of days.
