cheat meals are much better, alcohol basically destroys your body-but i can't say i don't like pounding a few down

At least a cheat meal has some nutritional benefit. Alcohol has none and it destroys your body.

A night out with a huge reward meal at the end works for me.

Alcohol is, biologically speaking, a poison. They use it in laboratories to retard the normal growth and development of organisms.

I love a good Jameson's, chased with a Guinness, as much as the next Mick, but not when I'm on a serious cycle.

If I wasn't natty I prolly would steer clear of the alcohol...But since I am I reward myself every weekend, lol....Well I mean honestly this is highly debated on this site, but IMO it all depends on your metabolism and your age...I mean if your metabolism is extremely fast, like Mr. Menton, and you can stay lean eating "whatever I want" in the offseason, then I don't see how a night of drinking would be any diff...Its just that alot of times the night after drinkin leads to lethargy and 2-3 shitty meals of food, or none....Thats teh bigger issue, IMO...

A glass of wine has many health benefits as well as dark chocolate..

Counting the calories of course.... being careful with these is strongly suggested however...

    good luck
