What are your stats?
looks like alot of food...
Meal 1: i would up the egg whites in that meal. 4 eggs for some your size... is not enough.
Meal 2. there is no need for 100 grams of carbs in one sitting
Meal 4 is ENORMOUS 1200 cals and 188 grams of carbs way too hard on the stomach and it's a waste imo..
you may want to space out your calories evenly tru the day.. and r u doing cardio on this diet?

Sorry im 5 11 190 very fast metabolism have hard time gaining weight.

If you're having trouble gaining weight it might not be that bad but just to many cabs and calories for meals 1-3. There is afine line between lean bulk and fat bulk.
