Experience with semi paleo diet uppdate

Still eating a paleo diet and here are my observations so far.

My apetite has gone way down. Usualy I want to eat eat eat eat eat, something that doesnt agree well with my slow metabolism. But now my apetite is on level with my metabolism. Since I started eating according to this diet I have lost 11ibs without any effort at all. No cardio. I just eat when Im hungry and thats it. Thats a huge thing for me since my apetite has always been grossly unproportional compared to my metabolism.

I feel more fresh, more energy.

I am on pct right now so going by my strenght might not be a good measure, but so far I havent lost much strenght at all despite the pct so the diet sure isnt catabolic in anyway. Since I only eat when Im hungry I often only eat 3 meals a day and I still havent noticed any muscle or strenght loss.

So far I have nothing bad to say and only good things to say about avoiding most dense carb sources. I hardly eat anything refined and I only get carbs from fruits, veggies, beans and yoghurt.

Johan you should try an organic/natural diet for a couple weeks or a month. I guarantee you that you feel different in a positive way. Only drawback is its costly.
Personally I dont put much importance on my weight or the weights I lift, more on how I feel and look. Do you feel any difference psychologically?

    Keep it up.

How many calories are you getting in 3 meals? Seems like you'd have to have awfully large meals to maintain muscle in only 3 meals. Also, what kind of cycle did you do, I always thought you were natty? Btw, great job on the 11 lbs.

I am still quite chubby and offcourse flat and small since I am on pct. I havent been able to hit the weights seriously for months either and have been ill several times because of stress. Hopefully I will have time this spring to seriously get into shape.

    thanks bro.

The thing with my body is that I maintain muscle so easy. I never have to think about it. I guess its because of my ridicilously slow metabolism.
Right now I eat around I guess 1600-2500 kcal depending on the day. Some meals big, some meals small. I basicly let my apetite decide. But I guess its 4 meals more often that its 3. The last meal of the day is usualy the biggest because I cant fall asleep if I dont eat a solid big meal.

I havent been natty for a long time but I almost never talk about juice My cycles are a bit wierd. Very long(6-7 months) and pretty low dosage. I usualy run what I can afford. So most often just plain test for a few months, maby throwing in some d-bol or tren here and there for a few weeks if I feel my motivation to hit the weights is high and I got plenty of time to focus on it.
Now I came off test at 250mg/week. Thats usualy enough for me to gain steady and I never notice much difference betwen 250 and 500.

If I had the money I would

One thing I have noticed is that Im just more alert. Usualy I have trouble staying awake during class. Usualy I fall asleep in class several times a week. But now with this kind of diet I hardly have that problem at all. Other than that I havent noticed any psychological change realy.

The biggest thing is that I am not always looking for food anymore. I used to always crave something to munch on. It was insane and very anoying in the long run.

Strenght is what I always go by. If I lose strenght I know my routine or my diet is screwed. If I gain strenght I know what I am doing is ok. I have lost a heck of a lot of strenght in my squat though, but that is because I have been focusing on bench and dead for so long now. I have basicly lost most of my quad strenght.
