    Check This Diet...

    Meal 1: 6 Eggs
    4 slices of whole wheat toast w/ jelly

    Meal 2: Protein Shake
    Oatmeal (3 packs)

    Meal 3: Tuna (can or pack)
    Yogurt

    Meal 4: Roast Beef or Turkey w/ Lettuce and Tomato
    On whole wheat bread

    Meal 5: Protein Shake
    Chunky Peanut Butter & Jelly on WW Bread

    Meal 6: Lean ground beef
    W/ whole wheat pasta

    Meal 7: Protein Shake (before bed) 2 Natty PBJ's


    (Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun)

    Meal 1: Protein Shake
    Whole Grain Cereal (cracklin oat bran is good)

    Meal 2: Protein Shake
    Banana
    Natures Valley Granola Bar

    Meal 3: Grilled Chicken
    W/ Vegetables

    Meal 4: Tuna
    Apple

    Meal 5: Steak or Chicken
    Baked Potato, or Sweet Potato

    Meal 6: Grilled Salmon or some type of fish
    W/ Vegetables

    Meal 7: Protein Shake

    Its bad, but not very good.

    You have too many shakes, and too many simple carbs/sugars (jelly, bread). Cracklin Oat bran is NOT good. Natures Valley Granola is not good as well. Processed meat is a poor protein choice. 6 eggs contain way too much fat. You should replace it with whites.

    You need to stick closer to cleaner foods (not processed). What is your PWO and PPWO meal? What are your stats? Goals?

    give the guy a break. his diet is way better then most jerks at the gym teating what ever they choose only when hungary so give him some credit as he is on the right track. on the other hand he does have some flaws so nicely tell him what they are, on top of that do not totally tell completely wrong when it defintly has its strenghts as opposed to most diets.
