propper hardgainer
i need help.....
iv been training on and off for 15 yrs(mainly on) and i just cant seem to put weight on.my brother in law was a competeing heavyweight bodybuilder and hes been training me for about 10 yrs and even he cant figure how to solve my problem.
iv made some great gains but still appear small.
i was born premature and had some serious health problems since.boo hoo.lol.which is why i have a small bodyframe and very fast metabolism.
example;
weight 167lbs bodyfat 12%
wrist 6 1/4" bicep 15"
waist 28" chest 46 1/2"
i do weights 3 times a week with my brother in law(hardest part is driving home.lol).i dont do any cardio cus i burn weight so quickly.
i eat as much as possible but unfortuanatly i had bowel cancer and had a lot of my intestines removed in 2 emergency operations.so i dont have a big appetite.iv tried following beasts clean bulk but i just feel sick.
i know i havnt given much info but anything you need to ask i will try and answer.

how about posting your full diet in detail, macros, etc.

heres my average daily diet.i know its not perfect before i get shot down, but i eat what i can,
8am - 1 bowl of porridge(grits) 4 egg whites ,1 brown toast ,
10.30 am - protoplex(44g protein,26gcarbs,285cal) blended with 2 bananas,5mg creatine,1 pint of whole fat milk
postworkout - ptotoplex,5mg creatine
1pm - 1/2 whole cooked medium chicken and 175g instant rice
6pm - other half of chicken,1 cup of veg,1 large baked potatoe
9pm - rubbish fastfood with my girlfriend,a 12"pizza or a couple of
big mac meals
11.30pm - protoplex
i know how it looks but im being honest
