**Predictions with This base**
Ok Im gona need an honest answer on this...
How much lean mass do you think I can gain with a year of training and diet, with a 6'5 225 lean base?
Workout is basically basic level 1 in arnold's encyclopedia.
in short:
mon+thurs = chest, back
tues+fri = shoulders, upper arms, forearms
wed+sat = thighs, calves, lower back
Power training added on everyday
The diet ill be on will be heavy, roughly 4500+ cals.... you can geuss the rest
IMHO, ill be close to 250-260lbs...what do yall think?

Are you natural??? If you aren't then a gain of 10lbs in a year is quite a lot. If you gain 25-30lbs in a year I would be almost positive half of that would be fat gain. If you are on gear then it's a whole different ball game and a half pound per week or more on average is likely.

20 lbs for me natty is no problem, may sound cocky but I gain like crazy... Mabey ill peak at around 10-15 this year but well see... I train harder than 65% on AAS (that I know).
Also dont say why arent I 300lbs then... all I can say is its been real F'd up this year...hell the past 4 years
