I lift late... usually have pwo shake around 9pm 40g whey 80g dex.
then i have my ppwo about 10-1030 which is whole grain multigrain pasta and grilled chicken - 60g carbs, 30g protein. Then have a meal before bed around 1230 which is usually a cup of cottage cheese or a protein shake w/ flax

im worried im having carbs too late at nite since im cutting. so does anyone have any recommendations concerning my pwo and ppwo meal? Anything i could change it to?
