Cutting diet
Okay heres the deal, i'm an mma fighter who hasn't fought in 7 months, i recently took up power lifting and now weigh 210 lbs, i normally walk around at 195 and cutt to 185 and fight there... recently i been thinking of fighting at 170 (due to my height, i'm 5 9). I've been looking for some dieting advice, a diet to hang on to as much muscle as possible while losing fat..... my stats are
5'9", 210 lbs 13-14% bf.
http://www.bodybuildingpro.com/crumcake.html i was thinking about using crumcakes diet, if any of you have ever tried it or see something right/wrong with it please help me out with any input, thank you.

I dont see anything special about that link. It seems as they are trying to promote a new idealogy or discovery. I find it quite implicit actually. They're leaning towards the right direction but ideal would be what everyone else is doing here. Tried, tested and true. Just plug some macros, evaluate, adjust, reevaluate, etc.
