Whoa nelly on the natty peanut butter

I just bought my first tub of natural peanut butter... this stuff tastes like a bag of sh*t cakes.

It took a liter of water to get 3 tbls down. Are all of the brands that dry?

Here is the macros from my brand...is this right for the pb?

    2 tbsp
    Cals: 169
    Total fat 11g
    Sat fat 2g
    Omga-3.4 1g
    Omga-6 1.2g
    Sodium 130mg
    Total carb 8g
    Sugars 2g
    Protein 10g

My bad, i just know the exact feeling you had. When i first tried it i was like damn that is bad... I like to take out two table spoons, spread it on a plate or something and then mix it up with the oil or a bit of water. Do this and it won't be that dry, you just have to mix it up

bah are you kidding. Natty owns regular pb.

Skippy is amazing but its not true natty pb. I like laura scudders brand which is basically the same thing as some other popular natty pb that i cant think of..

I don't have any room for PB in my diet but if I did I'd deff stick with natty. You should get the majority of your fats from meats. Never found it necessary to supplement even while bulking.

It's not the greatest tasting food around by itself. I only use it in shakes, but it tastes really good in them.

This was called naturally more... I read I was suppost to stir it and keep it in the fridge so the oil didn't separate from the pb...

I eat it with a banana when I need a quick meal. I have also relied on meat and chicken for most of my cutting.

Natty pb is unbelievable. Fell off the "no natty pb anymore wagon" last night. Told myself I was going to have two tbsp with my chicken titties. 2 turned into about 8....definitely stressing out over midterms!
