I posted this question in the Q&A forum but no answer, so I'll try it here .... Currently I am taking in 300g pro, 230g carb and 50g fat ed .... I will be starting an 8 week tbol, myogenx, clen cycle on the 26th ..... This tuesday I will up pro and drop carbs a bit to prime for the cycle .... not sure if that's the proper timing but from what I've been reading I think it's right .... anyway, my question is when I start my cycle should I stay at 300g pro, 230g carb and 50g fat or but up carbs?
