    Need Some help and Advise on my diet

    i am 5 8 215 lbs 20% body fat and jst got back on..i am on a deca d bol sust cycle and would like to know if my diet is on track..My goals are to gain 10-15 lbs or so of muscle and then do a cutting cycle. i am eating.. i wake up at 4-5 for protein then 7-8 am oat meal 6 egg whites 1 hole egg,4 turkey bacon, 10 am protein shake, shreded chicken breast sandwich , 1 pm 2 chicken breast 1 cup rice, 1 cup veggies, 4pm protein shake, 7p.m 2 chicken breast, veggies, somtimes rice or yams. Then b 4 bed a protein shake. i also take my daily vitamin and some milk thistle and creitine. Thanks for any advise or help.

    how many calories would you say that is?

    ^^whatever that 'diet' you listed above....it sucks. Read, read, read and get off the juice. Get your BF in line.
