How is this cutting cycle?
I have NEVER cut before. Let me tell you it sucks. I am starving. The weight isn't coming off as quickly as I expected given the caloric intake though.
Numbers are (calories, protein, fat, carbs)
Meal 1: Shake (470, 72, 1, 38)
Meal 2/3: Tuna and eggs and fixings (525, 58, 30.5, 0)
Workout
PWO: Shake (500, 48, 2, 78)
Meal 4: 1/2 cup rice, chicken (410, 31, .5, 70)
Totals (1905, 209, 36, 195)
Edit: Forgot the milk in the shakes add (360, 36, 0, 52)
New Total (2265, 245, 36, 247)
I don't eat the same thing everyday but the macros are pretty close.
I usually eat between 3800 and 4200 so I thought I would be literally melting. Oh. Cardio only at 15 min 4 times a week right now. Cardio blows.Last edited by abmyers; 03-01-2007 at 01:14 AM.

What are your current stats ?
your not eating enough at all.. i cant say much without knowing your current weight.
ALso 15 min of cardio is nothing btw.

195 lbs. 11% bf from hydrostatic test. 6'0".

No kidding I'm trying to work up the cardio but with the calories low and not having done cardio in a very long time....I feel like I am dying.
