Currently I'm not taking any gear but I will be starting a new bulking cycle w/ gear soon. Right now my macros are as follows:

3900-4100 calories/day
375 protein grams/day
390 carbs/day
85 fat grams/day (30 sat, 50 unsat)

My whole food consist of milk, oj, fruit, tuna, whole wheat bread, raw oats, eggs, veggies, brown rice, chicken/beef/pork/fish. Then of course I add my protein supplements, creatine, & glutamine. About 5-6 "meals" a day.

I have a feeling I'm going to need more calories and I'm not sure what my macro ratios should be while on a bulking cycle with gear. All feedback is really appreciated!
