Diet Critique
Here is day befor yesterday's meal. Most days are similar except with only a change in the meat. I am finishing week 3 of this diet. Let me know if you need more info. My weight was down about 4lbs after 2 weeks along with my waist being noticably smaller. My weight is back up to where I started after week 3, but the bf still seems to be going down. This could be due to Test E 500mg/wk. I'm doing cardio 3/4 times a week for 20-40 minutes.

240c 11g fat 2g carbs 19g protein
9am Egg Beaters
100c 0g fat 3.5g carbs 21g protein
11am 150gm of Fish
170c 2.5g fat 3g carb 34g protein
1pm 280g Chicken Breast
280c 4g fat 0g carbs 60g protein
3pm 170g of Tuna
125c 2.5g fat 1g carb 27g protein
5pm Protein Shake
205c 4.5g fat 7g carb 35g protein
6pm WO
7:30pm Protein Bar
240c 11g fat 2g carbs 19g protein
8pm 2 chicken breasts + small can of spinach
500c 12g fat 1g carb 89g protein
24c .5g fat 4g carb 2g protein

1884calories
45.5g fat
23.5g carbs
306g protein
