black coffee?
wont that be the same as taking caffiene pills?

Caffeine alone may increase your metabolism slightly but if stacked with ephedrine and asprin you'll see better results. Also, you should post your diet and cardio schedule because that is the upmost important thing for you. Also, what your cycle experience? Seems as if starting a cycle with a higher body fat % isn't the best way to start. Good luck

about 95% of all weight loss products esp at gnc have the main ingredient of either green tea extract (caffeine) or straight caffeine. not like there is only one special product that has caffeine

Tylenol, advil, and aspirin are different, and work differently. Don't try to substitute one for the other. That's why there's the "ECA stack." Even though I don't know your workout habits, measurements, etc., I bet adjusting your diet and increasing cardio would do wonders. Why not wash down each meal with a cup of black coffee? You could probably benefit from having those extra acids to break down your food, as well as get a caffeine boost. ANYWAY--This thread belongs in supplement questions.
