    Query regarding eggs Guy's

I am wanting to change my diet slighty and add more eggs. I will be boiling them and then removing the yolk. I am trying to find out how much protein is in an average egg white once it has been boiled. I can only find the typical values for the egg as a whole. Need some help Guy's.
