Thought I was getting enough cals... Need some advice

That's not enough for bulking for your stats. Go get a better estimation using the Harris-Benedict equation. It's not perfect or anything but it will guide you along better.

You macros are way to low, you should be getting over 3000 cals. The diet needs some work as well man. How can you get over 20 grams of protein and no carbs from 1/4 oatmeal? Remember to count complete sources of protein. Read the bulking sticky and eat from the main sources.

just add like an oatmeal, whey with skim shake and a tablespoon of PB. that will be about 600 cals and then a few more ounces here and there of the current diet.

Shoot for about 17-18 cal per pound when bulking. You can adjust that figure ***ending on fat gain.

no I want to get 4000 cals. Yeah I drink 5 protien shakes a day but I count those as extras. I just try to get hole foods. I dont think the bulking sticky is that good of a sticky. Im not going to base my diet off someone else's results. I've learned from trying diff things what helps me and what doesnt. I was just curiouos of a few more things to add to get some good cals and more protien. Thanks guys. anymore input.
