its about 10 grams per 2oz IIRC.

BTW its usually cheaper to buy the breast and cut them up.

is that 2oz cooked or raw?

both breasts and tenders are both 1.99/lb at the albertsons by my house pretty much everytime i go there. I prefer the tenders because they are easier to cook and also the breasts are boneless/skinless but they do not remove the fat.

the guy at the meat place always looks at me crazy when i get like 10lbs every week

I would recommend using www.fitday.com to solve all your problems when it comes to this.

10 grams for 2oz. but the strips are not the exact same weight, when i weighed them they were 2-3oz per strip.

ok cool thanks alot i'll weigh a few to get an average

i just baked 5lbs of tenders covered in chili seasoning, they are amazing and suprisingly chili powder does not have much sodium at all.
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
