Vegetable question
Hey yall... I have been a little confused because ive read conflicting information on this forum, as well as outside sources but...
Do I need to count calories and carbs from vegetables (broccoli, romaine lettuce, green beans, mushrooms, etc) in my daily intake? Ive read information for arguements both ways but I wanted to restate the question... Thanks guys!
