    fruits

When you eat apples do you remove the skin? is it bad to eat the skin on an apple if you want to lose fat or don´t want to increase your bodyfat?

Is it true that if you want to have fruits in your fatloss/leangain diet you should only have them for breakfast and after your workout?

Dont worry to much about fruits, you do need some for nutrients. Yes eat the peel, contains fiber. Focus at your total macros.

Fruit does not mean fat, as long as you eat it at the right times and it fits into your daily macros your fine. Fruit is beneficial for many reasons including liver glycogen storages, antioxidants and fiber.

Eat fruits that are lower on the GI scale and they are great for breakfast!!
