    Critique My Diet Please

    Please let me know what you think about this diet that I put together for a clean bulk. Also, let me know if you need any more information.

    I'm 21, 5'10" tall and weigh a lean 170 lbs.

    Clean Bulk Diet (Workout Day)

    Meal 1 (8:30 am) Calories Fat Carb Protein
    1 scoop Whey 120 1.5 3 24
    8 oz skim milk 130 0 18 13
    1/2 cup oats 150 3 27 5
    1 banana 105 0 27 0
    Totals 505 4.5 75 42 Supplements
    1.5 g Kre-Alkalyn
    5 g BCAA
    5 g L-Glutamine
    Vitamin


    Meal 2 (11:30 am) Calories Fat Carb Protein
    1 chicken breast 280 0 0 53
    1 large sweet potato 160 0 37 0
    Totals 440 0 37 53

    Pre W.O. (12:00pm) Calories Fat Carb Protein
    1 scoop Whey 120 1.5 3 24
    Totals 120 1.5 3 24
    Supplements
    1.5 g Kre-Alkalyn
    5 g BCAA
    5 g L-Glutamine
    3 g Arginine

    Workout (12.30 pm)
    1 hr workout

    PWO (1:30 pm) Calories Fat Carb Protein
    2 scoops Waximaize 320 0 80 0
    1 scoop Whey Isolate 100 0 0 25
    Totals 420 0 80 25
    Supplements
    1.5 g Kre-Alkalyn
    5 g BCAA
    5 g L-Glutamine

    PPWO (2:00 pm) Calories Fat Carb Protein
    1 can tuna 175 5 0 35
    1.5 cups Brown Rice 300 2 64 6
    Totals 475 7 64 41

    Meal 3 (5:00 pm) Calories Fat Carb Protein
    4 egg whites 70 0 0 14
    2 whole eggs 150 10 0 13
    1 oz mixed nuts 170 15 5 6

    cut whey in half and add couple whole eggs

    incorp some good fat and fiber here i.e. almonds
    Pre W.O. (12:00pm) Calories Fat Carb Protein

    dont need a shake pre workout.. assuming your pre work out meal is sufficient stick w/ aminos

    Workout (12.30 pm)

    not a fan of pwo sugar i.e. dextrose,sucros, or anything along those lines

    Totals 475 7 64 41

    Thanks for the advice. I do have a question about the almonds pre-workout. I always thought that fat decreased blood flow. I'm not sure where I heard this but if that is the case are they still good pre-workout? I suppose the fiber would be good. . . Thanks in advance.
