    A Chewing Gum Question....

Maybe it's just me... well no i know other this happens to, but...

why is it when i chew gum, i get hungry?

or you know, after a good lunch or dinner or just any meal, and of course your full, you chew gum and you start not to get full anymore?

but yea, when i chew gum if its been a while after my last meals, i feel like it accelerates my hunger and of course, gets me hungry.

can anyone explain this? is it because im producing and swalloiwing alot of spit? maybe that get me hungry? empty calories?

i dunno, but if anyone understands what im sayin and can explain his to me, id greatly appreciate it !! thanks!!

chewing is the first phase of food digestion and signals to have stomach acid start churning. that could be why.
