Tomatoes and Lean diet, any info?
well i know that for a leaning out diet, u should stay away from corn and carrots and some other veggies, but what are you thoughts on tomatoes?
i only try to eat green veggies, but i love tomatoes! does anyone have any useful tips on tomatoes and dieting?
do they burn your fat more? spike you insulin ? loaded with carbs? good for speeding up metabo? just anything that would help me better understand them so i know if i should eat them or not
keep in mind, im doing a cutting up diet, trying to lose alot of bf% so i need to know if tomatoes r ok or not
thanks in advance guys !!!
