Chinese can be made to fit any diet.
Get any meat and veggie dish, beef and broccoli or whatever. Toss the rice and just eat the meat/veggie part, and there's a cutting meal.
Cook some brown rice. Get any meat and veggie dish, beef and broccoli or whatever. Toss the white rice that came with it. Put the meat/veggie thing over the brown rice you made, and there's a bulking meal.
just eat whatever crap you want, egg rolls, crab rangoon, whatever. Fill up and get your fix, and there is your ever so satisfying cheat meal.
Come on guys, versatility, versatility! You've got perfectly good brains. Just dust them off and get creative. It's hard to make progress if you eat something a million times until the very thought of it makes you want to puke.
Did you say "this weeks cheat"? hmmmm.... Let me just say right now that I hate you.... You and everyone else that can get away with that.

Well I was thinking somthing fried like s+s chicken or honey chicken (I know I shouldn't), and some steamed rice, and the nice lady always throws in a bag of prawn crackers. Who can say no to prawn crackers?

The Manadarin chinese buffet is one of my favourite cheat meals while bulking. When I go there I only really eat chicken, beef, seafood and sushi. I'll have very small amounts of noodles if i decide to have any at all. I don't see it being a big deal to do it once in awhile especially if you're not eating all the deep fried, breaded crap.
