    Limited PWO Nutrition. Please Help

    Okay guys over here I am very limited to what my pwo Nutrition. I normally have a syntha 6 shake and that's all... what else could I eat to help spike my insulin ... Like maybe and english muffin with 2 table spoons of PB or perhaps a bowl of cheerios - the milk... cant get oats or anything like that so if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I also go to bed about 20 min after my workout

    Regular cheerios is fairly processed so would serve to create a modest insulin release... what about two or three rice cakes (or even just bread) with jelly? You might also consider some Waxy Maize Starch, that shit spikes insulin like crazy and it's not too pricey, tastes like ass though

    I cant get rice cakes.. I could do bread with jelly.. would that be whole wheat or white bread?

    Either or, personally I like using wheat bread with a load of jelly when I'm on a bulk, the jelly will give me a good spike and the wheat will keep insulin somewhat elevated a few hours longer. Make sure you read the label on whatever bread you buy, a lot of it has partially hydrogenated shit in it, if it doesn't have that you're GTG

    I dont buy the bread we get it from the chow hall. So I am not sure what it has in it. I am going for the lean mass diet.

    It's probably ok if they get it en masse like that since they know it will be used right away, about half of the stuff you would buy in a grocery store is meant to have a long shelf life so they put 1-3 grams of hydrogenated oil in it to extend that shelf life... anyway it sounds like you've got a pretty good handle on it now, any other ideas or questions lemme know.

    If that's the case I would maybe suggest doing the bread and jelly before you go to work out, this way the insulin spike will be in effect WHILE you work out but not after (while you sleep), if you're ectomorphic this might not be of as much concern to you, though.

    I use to use a banana until I found out about Pure Vitargo, I normally just order it off ebay since most local stores here by me in NY dont have it.
    But sometimes I prefer to switch it up and not depend on supps alot.

    Just blend the banana into your shake and consume your shake 1-20 mins after PWO, sooner is better.

    I'd swallow 40g protein with 50 grams of dex then toss another 5-7 oz chicken and 50 g white rice 20 min later then hit the sack

    yeah I can do stuff like that.. Thats how I got my syntha-6 and lipo6x I havnt taken any lipo6 yet. I wanna pack on some muscle first

    Yeh, i used the lipo 6 , besides its fat burning effects I really like the suppressed apatite.
    Hard sometimes to stay away from food, but Id also take some BCAA before any cardio.
    Thats What i been doing so far went from 205 to 170, goal is 165.
    Started out at 225 2 years ago, I did too much cardio and went to 185.
    Big Mistake, lost muscle + fat.
    Its possible, just depends on how dedicated you really are, also id say + mental discipline and most important DIET.
    I've been on clen and honestly to me it worked just as good as stimerex-es, even with its anti-catabolic properties I really did not wanna chance losing muscle.
