    Check out my diet

    Trying a new diet guys. I know my carbs are too high just need some suggestions on getting them lower and keeping the protein up. I'm all out of ideas

    Morning 7:30
    4 eggs-scrambled (320 cal, 4g Carb, 28g Pro)
    1/2 cup oatmeal (170 cal, 29g carb, 5g pro)
    2 1/3 cups fat free milk (140 cal, 1g carb, 19g pro)
    2 slices cheese (120 cal, 4g carb, 8g pro)
    2 slices whole wheat bread (100 cal, 20g carb, 8g pro)

    850 cal 58g carb 68g pro

    Mid Lunch 10:00
    Protein Shake Cyto-gainer (870 cal, 79g carb, 54g pro)
    1 cup Pecans (753 cal, 27g carbs 10g pro)

    1623 cal 106g carb 64g pro

    Lunch 12-12:30
    4 oz chicken breast (120 cal 0g carb 27g pro)
    2 slices cheese (120 cal 4g carb 8g pro)
    2 slices whole wheat bread (100 cal 20g carb 8g pro)

    340 cal 24g carb 43g pro

    Post Lunch 2:30-3
    Protein Shake- Cyto-gainer (870 cal 79g carb 54g pro)
    1 cup almonds (824 cal 27g carb 30g pro)

    1694 cal 106g carb 84g pro

    Dinner 6:00
    4 oz chicken breast (120 cal 0g carb 27g pro)
    2 slices chesse (120 cal 4g carb 8g pro)
    2 slices whole wheat bread (100 cal 20g carb 8g pro)

    340 cal 24g carb 43g pro

    Gym around 7, drink shake (870 cal 79g carb 54g pro)
    right after.

    Bedtime 9-10:00
    Steak 307g (1001 cal 0g carb 86g pro)
    Sweet Potato (200 cal 28g carb 8g pro)

    1201 cal 28g carb 94g pro


    Daily Intake Cal Carb Protein
    6918 cal 425g carb 450g protein

    out of those 6000 cals i can see 3300 of it crap .... .... get some real food not cyto gainer...

    ya equal out your macros . maybe divide up your pro/carb and pro/fat meals a little better. seems like you are eating a lot of cheese with your carbs. and a whole cup of pecans?

    ur macros for cytogainer are so off. how do u get 870cals 54g protein 76gcarbs? please explain
