From a glance here's my new diet/Suggest away.

    27 yo
    5'9
    177lbs
    Bf% I'm guessing 12-14%
    Cycle experience enough.

    9pm wake up-1 Lipodrene, 45min cardio,walk,treadmill.

    Meal #1 10pm 6Egg whites/4oz lean pork chops--poor mans steak 62g pro/7g fat/632 cals

    #2 1am 8oz boneless breast/1 1/2 cup broccoli/1,000 mg Flax oil 20g pro/1gfat/305cals.

    #3 4am 8oz lean ground beef,meat loaf/1 1/2 cup cal***our 56gpro/23g fat/530cals.

    Last Lipodrene 5am

    #4 7am 8oz boneless breast/1 1/2 Cup/1,000mg Flax oil 20gpro/1gfat/305cals.

Now I'm in the gym by 9:30am Weight training high intensity 60 seconds rest between sets,no reps higher then 10 with heavy weight and strict form.Followed by 45min walk at 126bpm/6.0 incline/3.6 speed.

    PWO 1 1/2 Scoops of Waxymaize 60 carbs/25gm Whey Isolate 60gcarbs/25gpro/345cals.

    1 hour later 8oz boneless breast 20gpro/220cals.

At this point it's 12:30pm and I'll have 1 more meal before bed around 3:30pm

    50g Whey Isolate/2 tbs Natty PB 58gpro/16g fat/430 cals

    Totals=Pro 261/Carbs 60/Fat48/Cals 2767.

I know wheres the Casein?Well I'm poor and I feel Whey is more essential for pwo then casein before bed.So I try to slow the digestion with natty pb which makes the low carb diet a shit load easier knowing that my last meal will have one of my favorite foods.

The only carbs I take in are PWO.On my days off none so the cycling factor is on point.I really like this diet all the red meat is there so my amino acid levels should be loaded up,and the carbohydrate manipulation is cool to experience also.I've noticed it with other diets where you go low carb all week and slop up some junk one day and the next your full and vascular, but now that I've been in this diet this deep for the past roughly 4 weeks it's alot more intense with the Glycogen replenishment from elevated carbs.

I'll start my gear in april and here it goes.

Front loading monday and thursday 500mgs of the first week.
    1-12 Test E 500mg split doses 250/Monday/Thursday
    1-12 Equipoise 300mgs ew
    8-12 Anavar 40mg ed

    Anthony Roberts PCT

    No macros sorry I'm lazy.

your options are ok here. but 630cals in one meal? i would drop those down a tad. no reason to stuff yourself in one meal and then eat half of that in the next meal. spread out teh cals in the first two meals and go for 450cal in each.

    #2 1am 8oz boneless breast/1 1/2 cup broccoli/1,000 mg Flax oil 20g pro/1gfat/305cals.

IMO, fantastic meal. but check your numbers.

    #3 4am 8oz lean ground beef,meat loaf/1 1/2 cup cal***our 56gpro/23g fat/530cals.

i noticed you aren't showing carb macros... add them in. 50g protein should be about your max. this meal is a good one too. you like broccoli? i would eat it instead of caul***ower.

    Last Lipodrene 5am

    #4 7am 8oz boneless breast/1 1/2 Cup/1,000mg Flax oil 20gpro/1gfat/305cals.

these numbers are wrong. it's a good meal, but i would add more carbs to the meal because the ones present are a lot of fiber. add some carbs into your pre workout.

Now I'm in the gym by 9:30am Weight training high intensity 60 seconds rest between sets,no reps higher then 10 with heavy weight and strict form.Followed by 45min walk at 126bpm/6.0 incline/3.6 speed.

    PWO 1 1/2 Scoops of Waxymaize 60 carbs/25gm Whey Isolate 60gcarbs/25gpro/345cals.

up the protein my man. go for 50g.

    1 hour later 8oz boneless breast 20gpro/220cals.

read those numbers and how off they are. 20g protein is 80 cals stud. but that 20g isn't really even accurate. plus add in some fat or carbs here, preferably carbs.

At this point it's 12:30pm and I'll have 1 more meal before bed around 3:30pm

    50g Whey Isolate/2 tbs Natty PB 58gpro/16g fat/430 cals

this will work for before bed. maybe go for a whole protein source if you have the time, but the isolate will work.

    Totals=Pro 261/Carbs 60/Fat48/Cals 2767.

Checky McCheck your numbers. they seem crazily out of whack, but i let you know what i think anyway.

I know wheres the Casein?Well I'm poor and I feel Whey is more essential for pwo then casein before bed.So I try to slow the digestion with natty pb which makes the low carb diet a shit load easier knowing that my last meal will have one of my favorite foods.

The only carbs I take in are PWO. you should change that, IMO On my days off none so the cycling factor is on point. cycling doesn't mean eliminationI really like this diet all the red meat is there so my amino acid levels should be loaded up,and the carbohydrate manipulation is cool to experience also.I've noticed it with other diets where you go low carb all week and slop up some junk one day and the next your full and vascular, but now that I've been in this diet this deep for the past roughly 4 weeks it's alot more intense with the Glycogen replenishment from elevated carbs. no need for slop, you can lower your carb intake, but do it by a little more than half, then double it and then some on the load days, with whole what pasta, oats, and potatoes, no need for anything else.

I'll start my gear in april and here it goes.

    your diet isn't horrible but.

    1. re-do your calculations, we're all lazy, but c'mon it'll take you 15 minutes.

    2. don't forget that eating is what helps you gain mass, and lose fat.

    3. what exactly are you trying to do with this diet?

Thanks for hitting me back.I took the calculations from calorie counter.com.

I started over cause I figured out I am just to sensitive to carbs.I was eating 1 cup of oats with 6 egg whites after morning cardio and that was leaving me bloated and any low gi carb with boneless breast or ground beef for pwo"I'm poor man I had no $ for pwo whey products".The fat loss was slow but steady but I didn't look leaner and then the weight stopped coming off. So I figured I needed a change so I stepped up the after workout cardio from 30to 45min and only ate carbs for PWO "Waxymaize"40g with isolate ofcourse for the first week and then my buddy who has competed in the 80's and placed 2nd at the night of champions in I think 82 also owns the nutrition store where I buy my stuff said I need 80g Waxymaize pwo.So when I used 80g PWO I noticed I was alot fuller then with 40 so he was right on,he's the one who also suggested I eat just protein an hour after my PWO shake, and also suggested that if I wanted to maximize fat loss and am sensitive to carbs to just use carbs PWO.With what I'm doing right now I'm back down too 176lbs which was todays weight.I've noticed I look alot leaner the lines in my abdomen when flexed are very visible but only when flexed.I've got alot of fat around my lower abdomen, which is pretty much all that's left that concerns me.I'm gonna get a camera so maybe you guys can accuratly access what it is I should focus soley on.Thanks

But most importantly I've never seen myself so seperated and so vascular and full at the same time.So I can say that I wasn't eating enough before I changed my diet and I'm really happy with the progress thus far roughly 30 days since I changed it up.

agree pretty much with what nova has already said. I would add carbs and make some tweaks to meals. I would keep pro in meals around 40g unless your on gear (then bump to 50) and i would include carbs in pre post and PPWO meals. The post would be high gi and the rest low gi complex forms.

In my first meal I'm gonna drop 2 egg whites.Being that 1 egg is 80 cals depending on how many are in the yolk this will atleast get me under 550cals.

My before bed meal I'll have 8oz boneless breast and 1tbs Natty pb.

I'll see what that does as far as more carbs during the day I'll have to consider that after another 2 weeks when I see what happens with this small adjustment. Also I'll switch the cal***our for brocolli. Thanks guys much respect.

It's been 10 days since my gear was sent so I'm eagerly anticipating that, should be here no later then next week. This Enth I have now is burning a hole in my storage.Man I can't wait

start using the diet and get a head start on the gear. much more productive to have a diet that is working when you start your cycle.
