    Splenda or sucralose and insulin levels

    Hey all. Does anyone have info re this topic. I am curious if splenda will cause any flux in insulin levels and so on. I drink 4-5 ltrs of water a day and like to flavor it with those single serving flavor pack. They are sweetened with splenda and claim to have no sugar or carbs and only 5 calories. Cheers....

    i believe their effects to be minimal if not zero. have no literature on the topic though, i'm using parroted info.

    looks like the consensus is that they do not raise blood sugar levels.
