    Sweet Potato Recipes

So who has the best sweet potato recipes? I like to quarter mine and roast them in the oven with cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice. However, the best way is to make a big fire and pit roast them in tin foil for about an hour. Yummy.

Slice them up and sprinkle some cajun seasoning and a little black pepper. Slice up some onions in it and put them in a toaster oven and bake for 15 minutes...finish them off with a toast to get them crispy. Yum.
