Should I increase Food intake on diet?
I find myself being able to eat every hour now and dont get full what so ever, I measure all the food that I cook, boil and bake. My diet has been updated a bit because I now added Ny strip's and Casein protein before bed, I'm just wondering If my goal is to bulk, should I increase my food intake, or is this enough for my height weight and age??

1 cup oatmeal ( 300/10/54/5)

Do not increase your food unless you eat this for 3-4 weeks without gaining weight. If you don't gain weight then add 400 cals. You probably are eating too much with this now.

so should i cut something down? or wait 3-4 weeks?

Harris Benedict Equation. Google it. Use the 1.725 multiplier. Eat 500 calories more.

oh heh, yea these digital pictures are cool, I did do the bmr calculator, and I need about 3200 to maintain body weight, so about 3700 to 4000 is what I consume.
