    Sushi??? the facts...

    so how many carbs/cals you think that yummy tastin $hit is? its sooo good. All the white rice cant be the best but i know that salmon and tuna has to have a lot of protien...

    i skip the rice and order sashimi EVERYDAY got 15 peices of salmon right in front of me and some yellow tail. If I am bulking I eat the rice

    i figured. i ate it twice this week and did not skip out on the rice. dang... im cutting this month as well

    An absolute TON of carbs. I make it myself and estimate that in every 10 peices you get about 150g carbs. If you use soy sauce than even more of course.

    so how much you think those small slices of salmon and tuna are? without the rice protien amounts?

    that's a hard question cause it depends on the specie, caught/farmgrown, all of stuff, learn to make sushi, it's not hard at all, i did it a couple years ago when i was 12, and make your own using seaweed wraps filled with salmon/tuna/low fat cream cheese etc. cheaper too
