    Morning workout meal

I've been working out hard for four months. My bf was around 31 it is now just under 25. I generally work out around 8:00 am. What time should I eat my meal and what are some meal suggestions for the pre-workout?? I am obviously looking to cut fat and build muscle.

Right how I make a protein shake with 2 scoops, 1/2 bananna, skim milk, and a table spoon of peanut butter.

Should i get rid of the protein? Or should I eat the oatmeal along with the shake?

Me personally i would remove the PB (high fat) .

Why not have some eggs (protein)
    oats (carbs)
then if you want banana right before you workout.

I usually have Oatmeal with blueberries and some egg whites about 30 minutes to an hour before my workout in the morning.
