Carbs while training
Do you guys take high GI carbs during training?
To keep energy levels more stable during a high intense workout.
Something like dextrose.

I like to eat a whole wheat english muffin with natural pb and jelly on it and then wash it down with fat free milk with a scoop of chocolate whey about 20 min before I work out when I am not cutting. Gives me energy and has all you need to fuel the workout before your PWO shake.

Ive got a good pre workout meal that gives me good energy, but when finishing back its a mental struggle to give it 100% doing calves.
Maybe some sugars during training will improve energy levels, I think ill try some dextrose with water during training.
