Proper Diet for a newbie
I am on my first cycle ever, 300ml test-cyp a week,on my 3rd week, I lost 40lbs of fat at the gym and harsh diet in the last six months. Iam 200lbs & 5'11".And 40 years old.
my diet has been low cal low carb but now im trying to build lean muscle mass and was wondering if i should change my diet, or just keep it low cal with lots of protien powder, any help would be appreciated from some of you guys who obviously know what your doin, Thanks.Last edited by BritishColumbian; 08-12-2008 at 12:16 PM.

don't rely on protein shakes too heavily. you should get the majority of your protein from foods

definately limit the amount of shakes you have, dont rely too heavily on them..... out of the 400g of protein i take in aday, only 125g come from shakes(combination of whey and soy)
