    I'm just gonna go for it

    6'4" about 235lbs, 13-14% bf. Been doing a half-a**ed bulk for about a month now. I got pretty lean for summer, about 215, 8-9% bf. No cardio since August.

    Anyways, I'd like your opinion on this. Keep in mind I'm an ectomorph, but my metabolism is slowly slowing down.

    6000 cals/day (Maintenance cals are 4000)
    35p/40c/25f

    I think I'm going to stay with this diet until I'm about 250-255, then cut down to 230-240 at 10% and do my second cycle. First was prop only. I'm thinking test e 500mg/week, maybe throw dbol in. I've never done an all-out bulk, only lean bulks. My bf is the highest its ever been.

    Thoughts? Questions?

    Hmmm...clas sound right from what I've picked up on here from all your posts...just keep it clean, lift hard and cardio 3 times a week 30 minute a pop and you'll be fine. Took me 6500 clas to get from 210 to 245lbs....gradually increasing as I gained. kept bf under 11% the whole time.

    Wow thats pretty impressive. Lifting is no problem. Might have to hop on the treadmill a little so I dont get the bf up too high. Thanks for your opinion bro

    I always recomend some cardio...but yeah if the bf start getting to high than just increase cardio....I start out no cardio and usually towards the end of my off-season I'm hiting up cardio 4 times a week at 30 minutes a pop.
