ok say LBM mass is 175 and TDEE is 3200 kcals a day, 35% protein would be about 280 grams of Pro which is much more than 1.25 grams per pound and more than 1.5grams per pound for that matter. which is to much protein correct? 1.25grams per pound of LBM is about 220 grams of protein 60 grams less and 240 kcals so is this correct then that 35% protein being more than 1.5grams per pound of LBM is to much protein?

Also my LBM is 150 but my goal is 175 so i used to a reference either way protein seems high plz help
