    Calorie counting

    Whatsup every1?

Listen, I go crazy when I count calories. Different sites have different info, and that pisses me off.

    My favorite is www.calorie-king.com

Today, my family is having a BBQ.
    And they have lean tenderloin.

I eat, on a normal day, 12.5oz can chicken (300cals/60g protein).
Calorie king, says 170g tenderloin 304cals 47g protein.
But I get scared Im not getting near exact figures. WHich is why I use canned chicken.

How do you guys measure cals?
Do you take it from various sources?

    Thanks

Like you said bro, "Different sites have different info, and that pisses me off!"

I personally use nutritiondata.com and try to use only that particular site... I'm not saying it's any more correct than another site, but I just stick to it to keep everything as similar as possible... For foods that have nutrition facts on the package, I'll stick to the label...

Most sites are relatively close to the same macro breakdown on foods, but by sticking to the same site, you will have less fluctuation in your meals... Consistency is much easier imo... Getting an extra 100 or so calories is nothing an extra 5 minutes of cardio can't fix anyway and if you do notice a difference (i.e. gaining or losing to fast) you can always tweek the portion to suit your needs...
