Need Help Fast!!!!
Ok bro's I need your help. I'm sure you've been asked this before but here's the long and short of it. I've been bulking for the last couple of months, it's working really well, i'm bigger than i ever have been in my life. Unfortunately i'm storing a little excess in my stomach area. Anyway, I have thus found out that I am going to be shirtless in front of a bar full of women and i'd prefer to look a little trimmer than I am now. Here's my problem, i've got 8 days to do it, and i've got a bunch of different people telling me a bunch of different ways to do it, between carb starving myself, using supplements that would essentially suck up all my water weight. I need some advice on what the best way to look as trim as possible in 8 days. I'm already planning on running for 45-60 minutes a day. I also need to know what i should be eating, what supplements i should start taking/stop taking. I'm currently taking a multivitamin, no2, creatine, and whey.
So ask me whatever you need to ask, i'll take whatever advice you'll give me, but i need some informed opinions from some experienced people.

Here is some advice that did miracles for me..
I was in the same position one time (long time ago LOL)
I got a stomach strap ( A big tight black belt to cover my entire stomach area) And I put hemroid cream all over my stomach before running and then the strap/belt..
It pulls all the water out of your skin..
Only works the day or so before

Keep your water intake low that day, and eat just enough to get by if you are really worried about it. High protein intake will make you gassy and bloated so i would stick to whole grain stuff life almonds, pecans, etc. just keep the protein intake low. perhaps a salmon would be good...something with protein and healthy fats for the day. then a light carb load before you go out so you aren't looking reallly flat, but don't eat anything that requires a lot of water intake.
