    a bit fat

    just looking for any ideas which would work best for help with fat loss i'm 44, 240, 5ft10, pretty big for a natural but its just genetics. But have always had problems losing fat without starving myself (i eat fairly clean cheat once a week) but its my mid also i wouldnt mind getting a bit bigger too

    Why don't you post what you eat on a given day and at what times and we'll go from there.
