what i do is have kashi cereal = 9 grams
fat free milk = 7 grams i believe
then have two eggs = 10 grams i think
or traditional oats = no clue if u put fat free milk in there u get 7 from that and whatever the oats have i think its like 7 per cup..its a good high protein breakfast, i usually put 2 outta those three every single morning

Have anything you want!
Chicken, turkey, eggs, beef, fish, whatever!
The whole idea of I have to eat these certain foods at these certain times is bullshit.
As long as it fits into yr daily macros, yr fine.
So, eat up yr chicken breast, sweet potato, and asparagus for breakfast!

No such thing as breakfast foods, lunch foods and dinner foods....food is food....as long as it fits the macros for that meal...eat up.

*L* Thats when u know your in the zone - Its not what the food is, how the food tastes, what meal it is. Food becomes simply a means to an end. Much respect to those that can incorporate that ideal and type of discipline long term.
