B5 Megadose/sides
Not sure whether to post this in the SPA or here... but heregoes.
I'm currently on my 4th day of megadosing B5 (Pantothenic acid). It gives me some bloat though, I've realized. Anyone know a way to combat this?

Yes. I started at 5g the first three days. I am bumping to 10g daily for 2-3 months, then back off for maintenances. I can already see a positive effect. I've never really had bad acne, just blackheads around my nose and sometimes I'll break out on my back. So far my pores are already tightening up etc. Only downside is the bloat... maybe just residual effects form Thanksgiving feast too though. I am always bulking so I am kinda used to being full most of the time.

How are you splitting the dose throughout the day?

I am doing 2g at a time, with the first 5 meals of the day.

Okay well, I had a horrible nights rest last night. I was getting up and pissing every couple hours. Today I had to struggle to down 3 meals, by mid-afternoon! I am experiencing some loose stool, and bloating. I also feel somewhat fuzzy in the head, and fatigued in general. I haven't managed to get to the gym for Back day yet. I feel like I just ate another Thanksgiving feast, and my diet has been consistent the past few days (i deviated very little on T-day too).
I am starting to think 10g is too much for me to intake. However, even at 4-5g my body starts to feel crappy and backed-up. I am also taking a multi-vitamin in the AM, as well as a 50mg B-complex x2 daily (am.pm). Thing is, I am seeing a noticeable effect on my skin... maybe I should just go see a derm?
