Like I said.
Good to have you back around Bino.
9oz of beef with 2 cups of brown rice, PPWO
sweet potato with turkey cutlets.
I want to focus on one bit here. I'll leave aside arguing the rest, other than to say that we stop producing lactose is simply untrue. Some people do. Other don't. Like most positive genetic traits, the genes to confer the persistence of lactase production is dominant. Intolerance is recessive.
The idea that if we ate better foods we would be free of disease is representative of a general trend of quasi-religious fetishism of nature.
People have been at the mercy of infectious diseases throughout recorded history. The Black Death, it's not an African American heavy metal band. How anyone could look at antibiotics as a bad thing is remarkable. Women getting urinary tract infections, STDs, bacterial meningitis in infants...there is no evidence to think any of these diseases would significantly be reduced in prevalence regardless of diet. These diseases have been around, documented in medical texts, for thousands of years.
They say people who don't know history are doomed to repeat it. Who wants to go back a mere 100 years, before antibiotics were available, before processed foods.....when the average life expectancy was *less than 40*.
Cottage Cheese With Splenda and cinnamon with a little scoop of peanut butter!!!!

The point is that medicines should be a last ditch effort. Drugs are not natural, take for example a UTI as you mentioned.
Do you think you have a UTI because your body is LACKING a MAN MADE antibiotic? No way.
Than, go ahead and take the antibiotic and blow away all the good bacteria in your body and be at risk for a yeast infection or other fungual infections.
And how in the world is saying that with proper nutrition you wont need medicines being religious? LOL you are stretching things way too far. If you keep your body in a highly alkaline state through a highly nutrient dense diet it is VERY hard for ANY disease, even cancer to manifest.
If the black death was such a problem and couldnt be solved without your antibiotics or drugs than tell me why almost 90% of ALL cases disappeared without any mass immunization of vaccination?
Anyway, no point in arguing with you. You think flouride is good for us, so you might as well be one of the other mindless zombies walking around believing everything the Govt and Doctors tell you.
your mom's snatch.

The thread IS "what are you eating right now" isnt it guys? not who knows more than the other re immune system , flouride , alkaline ph, antibiotics etc...... This all started when a guy said he drank 32 oz of milk which he does once in a while. ...i think the "once in a while" was the key and we are getting way off track here...no disrespect intended.....
coffee,oatmeal,4 eggcwhites,canadian bacon
Egg whites with low carb ketchup and organic oatmeal with cinnamon and non-organic splenda LOL
It sounds like I am talking to one of those frauds with the late night health infomercials. Natural is a word with little useful meaning. Cyanide is natural. A thousand different poisonous berries are natural. Since when is natural good? Antibiotics ARE natural. They were discovered, not created. Some of today's modern antibiotics do not occur in nature, but it hardly stands to reason that that makes them "bad".
You get a UTI because nature is an all out war for survival. And while our species has recently had the luxury of losing touch with that fact, it is a fact. Some bacteria can live on us without causing harm, others cannot and neither care.
Religious because it is accepted without proof...accepted on faith. What evidence do you have that this is true? None. You can point to the occasional substance, a trans fat and so on, which does make us sicker, but you couldn't NAME more than 100 diseases, much less know the first thing about what causes more than a handful of them. What on earth makes you think you know how to prevent diseases you don't even know the name of. I know what makes you think that. Faith.
Your bodies PH is extremely closely regulated. The odds that your Ph, right now, is outside the range of 7.35 to 7.45 is extremely low. You can eat anything you want short of a bowl full of baking soda and that is not going the change.
75 million people died at a time when the world population was under 450 million. Half of the population of Europe was killed. It was the worst threat on the survival of the human race in the recorded history of man. The mortality rate, if you contracted the plague, was between 50-80%.
I see...I go to college, get a degree in biochemisty, top of my class...go to a top medical school, study study study, graduate...I claim to know a little something about antibiotics and human health? I'm a mindless zombie...one of the "Sheeple"?
And you, you base your alkali prevents cancer drivel on a late night infomercial and *I* am the credulous one?
^^^ save the pissing contest bro ...read the title of the thread:_hijack:

eating your mom again. and some tuna as icing.
Tiramisu, cream and a large Cafe Latte !!!! Any of you fvckers got a problem with that ?
Do you seriously not know that higher tissure pH makes you more resistant to disease states? No honestly you actually dont know that and think Im making it up? So if you eat a highly acidic diet you arent more susceptible to disease? Wow...ok this is honest to god the last response I make in this thread. Sorry guys for getting off topic.
And my claims can be life threatening? What did I claim? That there are better ways to cure and prevent disease than going to drugs to POISON and destroy natural enzymes. You do know the mechanism by which drugs work dont you? They inhibit enzymes, they dont get to the root of the problem.
^^ you guys are relentless ...anyway...
cottage cheese and 1tbs natty pb ....and im cursing kale under my breath ...damn tiramasu ....sounded so damn good
It never ceases to amaze me how ignorant a man can be while still maintaining such confidence. How is there no filter in the persons mind that stops them and asks "Are we really sure about this?" This edited thinks AIDS has something to do with a mineral deficiency?
Do you not understand that blood Ph and extracellular Ph are necessarily the same? They are equal. Not that you should know that...unless you feel like pretending you know something about medicine.
You come across some internet myth which looked at some actual research done showing certain cancer cells grew better and nastier in a ph of around 6.8 than at 7.4 And while that is true, unscrupulous non-scientists then claimed that this was relevant to normal human physiology and that the acidity of the food we eat could change our Ph and therefore make cancer more or less likely.
An undergrad who paid any attention at all in his physiology course could tell you that your body strictly regulates ph by urinating excess protons out. you could drink a gallon of vinegar a day for the rest of your life and you would never make your body acidic.
I'll end my posting here also. Feel free to PM me if you want to be put edited
