    pre bed

    i know this is a diet question but no one really looks in the diet section, so im posting it here. anyway im just curious about what some of your pre bed meals are. ive always had chicken and milk but im thinkin that the carbs in the milk might be turnin to fat tell me what you think

    just because the Q+A section gets more traffic, that doesn't mean we want diet questions here. If everyone posted in the section that gets the most traffic we would no longer have sections.

    carbs "turning" to fat? you should be in the diet section more often. obviously you don't come here enough.

    let's see your diet plan in whole and we can then help you better prepare a better pre-bed meal. as far as i see right now, what you have posted is just fine.

    im not saying the carbs actually turn 2 fat, but hat my body wont utilize all of them while i sleep so they will be stored in fat

    still won't matter if your daily allowance of calories and specific macros (pro/fat/carb) is appropriate; hence why your entire diet is needed to give any real advice.
