Ok guys its time for me to get serious as iv just been coasting along the past month and to start cutting for a good 4months. My aim is to get my bodyfat% to around 10 - 12 so i can start a cycle.
Stats
age - 19
hight 6"ft
weight - 90kg ..205lbs (estimate) bf- im assuming from 15 -20%
training for 2 years


ok so here is what my diet will look like.. all feedback will be apprecitated!

MEAL 1
2 whole eggs 4 whites
half cup of oats

MEAL 2
1 chicken breast
1 can tuna
handful of broccli

MEAL 3
2 skinless chicken Snzilles
2 tbl spoons penut butter

WORKOUT
40g protein shake
1 bannana

MEAL 4
1 steak
1 sweet potatoe (unsure bout this meal because of carbs at night)

MEAL 5
4 egg whites
2 tbl spoons penut butter
1 protein shake with soy milk

ROUTINE
cardio 6 days a week on a emty stomach, low intensity 25mins
Mon - Legs, rear delts
Tue - Chest
Wens -rest
Thurs- Back, bic
Fri- Shoulders
Sat - rest
Sund - Tric , Bic
