my new lean body mass diet! please help
Hey guys, Ive been researching and ive come up with this new diet to gain lean body mass. I will be doing cardio 3 times a week at low intensity for about 20-30 minutes.
Meal 1: 4 egg whites
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 1/2 avocado (equals about 1/2 cup)
4-6 oz. ground turkey
1 cup broccoli
Workout
Meal 3: 2 scoops whey protein
Meal 4: 1 1/2 can tuna
1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 5: 4-6 oz. ground turkey
Meal 6: about 1/2 cup cottage cheese with some splenda.
any comments are welcome, thanks guys.

edit..I try to get about 3 meals of carbs so I fit it in there with either meal 2 or 5

You need carbs in breakfast, pre workout, and pwo, which in your case will be your 1st three meals.

I upped the oatmeal to 1 cup and I add in one table spoon of olive oil with the tuna and no more cottage cheese, I just eat 6 oz. of ground turkey with some almonds.

put carbs pwo. can you get some macros on all that

I changed meal 2 and 3 and added carbs. Uhh, the macros are rougly 180 grams of protein with about 67grams of fat. But im not sure about the carbs
