2 months leaning out diet. tell me what u think pls.
ok so i am 21 6'2 220 pounds i have been smoking weed still am and gained alot of weight i was 236 a couple of weeks ago. anyways my bmr is 2233.6 calories and multiply it by 1.55 it is 3461.15. so which means i am going to start with 2900 calories week 1. 220 g of protein 250 g of carbs and 100 g of fats. every week i am going to lower 50 g of carbs and raise 10-15 g of protein. i will do this for the first month. the next month i am going to take 0g of carbs M T W, 100 g of carbs on TH, 200 g of carbs for friday and 300 g of carbs on saturday. sunday will be my cheat day. i will vary the protein at every carb intake change but it will stay high. will be supplementing with clen and will be doing cardio... 30 minutes a day. wil have from 6-10 meals a day. 3 meals on my cheat day no shake though. pls comment... thank u

that's only 2700cal.. do 20g less of fat and add 80g of protien, then balance out your pro/carb on carb up days accordingly..

yeah i know i counted 2900 when i sais 250 g of protein but then i changed to 220...
