    shanes breakfast mix!

    I have no appetite when i get up most mornings. its has been like hell to shovel a bunch of egg whites and oat meal down my throat. so i have been throwing everything in my new "blend tec" blender. and chugging it down. let me know what you think. stuff to add, take out ect. ill get the cal/pro/carb/fat stats up when i get time



    ----2 scoops weight gainer (TRUE MASS by b.s.n)

    ----8 oz. egg whites (6 whites, 2 yokes)

    ----8oz. skim milk

    ----1 cup oat meal (old-fashion organic)

    ----2 tbs. olive oil

    ----1/4 cup blue/strawberries

    ----2oz gojo berry juice



    it totals about 40 oz. after its all mixed. gives me gas like a mutha( i think its the true mass).

    i like to seperate pro/carb and pro/fat meals

    so you dont eat any fruit? yeah im not gonna do that. I like building muscle and being healthy. every heard of phytonutrients? but i am going to research the division of pro/fat meals and pro/carb meals. so thanks for that
