    fiber benefits

    just curious of fiber benefits, im gonna google it but just looking for some opinions when it comes to body building

    keeps the system moving, good way to blunt hunger, present in veges so a good source of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients

    fibrous veges, benefiber, metamucil all have different places but any willl work
